Lucknow:
A special court in Lucknow will frame charges in the Babri Masjid demolition case on Tuesday against the 23 accused including the then District Magistrate of Faziabad, R N Shrivastav, and former leaders like Brijbhushan Sharan Singh, Sangh leaders Maharaj Swami Sakhshi and Acharya Dharmendra Dev.
The case was originally filed in 1992 but was closed after a trial court dropped charges against 21 accused including LK Advani and other BJP and Sangh leaders.
The CBI then filed a review petition in the High Court, which upheld the trial court's decision in May 2010.
