What is the latest treatment for renal cell carcinoma?

The treatment options are immunochemotherapy with Interleukin, interferon and drugs like 5FU or Vinorelbine. People are also using thalidomide and interferon combinations. But interleukin based therapies have till now proved to be good. Allo-BMT is another option that can be explored.
