The best treatment for gynaecomastia is Liposuction. Sometimes it is also necessary to remove the breast tissue through an incision which is small, hidden and can barely be seen when healed. You can get it done in Delhi. Estimated cost is Rs. 20,000/-. You need to come with a friend or a relative. It is day care operation and you are discharged on the same day of operation.
