Shruti Haasan loves to stay connected with her online family. She regularly keeps us posted about her professional and personal life on various social media platforms. But this time, she decided to go a step ahead and hosted a "Question and Answer" session with her fans on Twitter. All she had to do to set the ball rolling was write a tweet, "Ok fine. Ask me something." Her answers to the questions were candid yet smart. We must mention here that Shruti knows how to tackle questions from her fans, even when they breach her privacy. Need proof? Here is Shruti's answer to a fan, who asked for her phone number. The person wrote, "Phone number?" The actress took a dig at the one and said "100", which is the police emergency helpline number in India.
From movies to music genres, Shruti Haasan obliged her fans with her candid take. A follower asked, "Which is that song you can listen to 100 times in repeat mode?" To that, Shruti said, "Don't fear the reaper - Blue Oyster Cult."
When asked about her favourite author, Shruti Haasan replied, "My most favourite is Neil Gaiman." She also tagged the American Gods author in her answer.
"Who is your favourite sportsperson?" was the next question. Any guesses? It's American basketball legend Michael Jordan and cricketing great Sachin Tendulkar.
Looks like the next one was for a gamer. It goes like this, "Got any favourite video game which you like to play?" Shruti Haasan replied, "I was obsessed with Sonic as a kid and then I was obsessed with God of War and Heavy Rain."
Some questions were also about Shruti Haasan's father, veteran actor Kamal Haasan. One fan asked, "Is it possible for you to share top 3 learnings from your dad?" Shruti found it hard to choose three stark lessons but mentioned the values she learnt from her father. "I can't say three in specific like that but I've learned to be fearless from him and I have learned that humour will take you through life in the best way possible," she wrote.
"What makes you happy?" asked a user. Shruti Haasan wrote, "Over the years, I have learned that what makes me the happiest is honesty."
Shruti Haasan was also asked by a fan to describe singer A R Rahman in one word. "Ma'am one word about A R Rahman sir."
Shruti kept it sweet and short and wrote, "Legend."
