Shah Rukh Khan, who was in Los Angeles with wife Gauri and children for a holiday, says that the vacation was a 'refreshing experience,' reports news agency IANS. SRK returned to India a week ago to promote his forthcoming film
Jab Harry Met Sejal while Gauri, daughter Suhana and younger son AbRam enjoyed their LA vacation. Aryan, the couple's eldest child, studies films in California. "There's no place like home to disconnect from the outside world, and spend some time with oneself. Being able to break away from a fast paced lifestyle, several thousand miles away from the city has been a refreshing experience," the 51-year-old actor said in a statement, reports IANS.
During the holiday, Shah Rukh and Gauri kept followers on social media updated about their itinerary. SRK took his children to the famous Universal Studios while
Gauri, Suhana and AbRam enjoyed their time at the beach.Here are some of the pictures from the Khans' vacation dairy.
While leaving Los Angeles, SRK tweeted that he'll 'miss' his children. "LA done.Will miss babies," he wrote.
Shah Rukh and Gauri also met Sridevi and her filmmaker husband Boney Kapoor in Los Angeles. The Kapoors are also holidaying in the city. SRK and Sridevi are co-stars of 1996 film
Army.
After returning from LA, Shah Rukh Khan got busy with the promotional duties of
Jab Harry Met Sejal, also starring Anushka Sharma. The Imtiaz Ali-directed film releases this Friday, August 4.
Jab Harry Met Sejal is SRK's third film with Anushka. They have also collaborated for Aanand L Rai's next untitled film.
