It's A Girl For Asin And Rahul Sharma

New Delhi: Actor Asin Thottumkal and husband Rahul Sharma are blessed with a baby girl today. She is the couple's first child. Sharing the news on Instagram, Asin wrote: "We are ecstatic to announce the arrival of our angelic baby girl earlier today. The last nine months have been most special and exciting for the both of us and we would like to thank all our wellwishers and everyone who has been part of our journey for all their love and support." Asin and Rahul, who is the founder of Micromax, got married in a Christian wedding ceremony on January 19th, 2016 in Delhi.

Asin is popularly known in Bollywood for her role in Aamir Khan starrer Ghajni.

On January 19th only, the couple had a second ceremony as per Hindu rituals Bollywood star Akshay Kumar played a cupid for the pair. Asin's Khiladi 786 co-star Akshay Kumar served as Rahul's best man at the wedding ceremony.

The 31-year-old actoress Asin was last seen in 2015's comedy All Is Well, co-starring Abhishek Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor and Supriya Pathak.
