Singer Rahul Vaidya is living his best life right now. After a stellar performance in the last season of the reality show, Bigg Boss, Rahul is now on the sets of his next television show. This time around, the 33-year-old will be seen in the stunt reality series, Khatron Ke Khiladi. The singer, who is shooting for the show in Cape Town, has been regularly updating his fans about all the developments through interactive social media posts. Recently, he also gave fans an insight into how he was spending his time on the sets.
It looks like Rahul has embraced a new sport to pass his time, which is rugby. Sharing a series of photos of himself on the field, he wrote in the caption, “Rugby,” followed by some emoticons. In the photos, Rahul can be seen in a t-shirt and track pants, ready to begin the game.
But who is Rahul playing with? Well, the singer answered his question with another photo. In it, we can see him posing with co-contestants from the show — Varun Sood, Divyanka Tripathi, Aastha Gill, Shweta Tiwari, Anushka Sen, Arjun Bijlani and Vishal Singh. Along with the photo, Rahul wrote, “Let's play rugby (for shooting only).”
Fans seemed to be impressed with the team and many users left fire emojis in the comments section. One user wrote, “Squad,” followed by heart emojis.
Recently, Rahul also released a cover of the 2015 song Kinna Sona on Instagram. He shared a video of the song where he was seen opposite television actress Rashmi Desai. The video was well-received by social media users. One fan said, “It's an absolutely beautiful treat both musically and visually.”
Rahul has participated in singing contests such as Indian Idol-Season 1, Jo Jeeta Wohi Super Star and Music Ka Maha Muqqabla. He was the first runner-up in Bigg Boss 14. He lost the title to television actress Rubina Dilaik.
