Rajasthan Class 12 Arts exam result will be declared today. "RBSE will release the result today at 3.15 pm," a source close to the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) told NDTV. Students can check the result at rajresults.nic.in, which is the official result website of the Board. Updates on the result can also be expected at the official website of the Board at rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in. The Board has already declared the results for Science and Commerce on July 8 and July 13 respectively.

Though the result has been released by DP Jaroli, Chairman, RBSE, it is yet to be declared on the website.
In the RBSE Class 12th arts result, 90.7% of total students have passed. The pass percentage among girl students is 93.10% and among boys 88% have passed.

The RBSE had conducted the exam in February-March. The evaluation process was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As per reports, over 5 lakh students had registered for the Class 12th board exam in Arts stream.
RBSE Chairman DP Jaroli will announce the Class 12 arts result at 3.15 pm today, after which the result will be available for students at rajresults.nic.in.

A total of 6 autonomous colleges are there in Rajasthan. Lachoo Memorial College of Science and Technology affiliated to Jai Narayan Viyas University, Sophia Girls College Mirshali affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University, International School of Information & Management affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University and Biyani Girls College, Raj Rishi College and S.S. Jain Subodh P.G. College affiliated to University of Rajasthan.
There are 52 private universities in Rajasthan. Students should check the list of universities available on UGC's website before taking admission. As per the recent list released by the UGC, there are no fake universities in the state.
Immediately after the RBSE 12th arts result is out, the website of the board may get slow. Students should wait for a while and retry.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, colleges and universities may follow contactless admission process in which the entire selection process will be held in online mode. Students have to check the respective websites of the colleges for updates on admission.
After the declaration of the result, the RBSE board may allow students to apply for verification of their marks. Students who wish to avail this opportunity have to fill forms and deposit fees. Details on this will be released by the Board on its website.
Meanwhile, CBSE has allowed students to verify their marks and also obtain photocopies. Class 12 students in Rajasthan who had appeared for the board exam from schools affiliated to CBSE can apply for verification within the deadline.
After completing Class 12 in arts, there are many career options students can opt for. They can join Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM), etc. Admission to many of these courses will be through merit basis. Many colleges take students through entrance tests also. After the declaration of the result, students have to check the colleges and apply for the courses.
After the completion of Class 12, students can either pursue higher education and enroll for undergraduate or integrated courses, or else apply for jobs. Many government jobs require Class 12 pass candidates. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) exam exclusively for Class 12 pass students.
After downloading the result copy, students should check the entries carefully. "Neither NIC nor Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer is responsible for any inadvertent error that may have crept in the results being published on Net.
The results published on net are for immediate information to the examinees. These cannot be treated as original mark sheets. Original mark sheets have been issued by the Board separately," the result portal, rajresults.nic.in, says.
The RBSE will release the Rajasthan Class 12 arts result on its official website rajresults.nic.in. Students can login to the website using their roll number and date of birth.
State Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra has confirmed the RBSE 12th arts result date and time. He said that RBSE Chairman DP Jaroli will release the result at 3.15 pm today.

The Central University of Rajasthan currently has 249 students enrolled in various undergraduate courses and 859 students enrolled in various postgraduate courses.
Students who pass the Class 12 arts exam can apply for higher education. These students can either join an integrated course of 5 years or else an undergraduate course. These courses are offered by state universities, central universities and open universities.

In 2019, Rajasthan Government had decided to include a chapter in syllabus of class 10th and 12th to create awareness among school children regarding crime against women. Addressing the issue of women safety and the increasing incidences of crime against women, the purpose of introducing the chapters is to instil respect towards women and to apprise students about the stringent laws against cases of rape and abuse.
The result for Commerce stream was announced on July 13. Total 36,549 students sat for 12th exam in Commerce stream and 94.49 per cent passed. In commerce stream, 96.94 per cent girls and 93.18 per cent boys passed.
The board announced class 12 result for Science stream within 19 days of conducting the exams. In Science stream, 91.96 per cent students have passed. There were total 2,37,305 students in science stream this year.
Students should download the result mark sheet immediately and take its printout. Official documents supporting the result will be issued by the RBSE after the result declaration.
The RBSE board had declared the Class 12th Arts result last year on May 22. 88% of the total students had passed the exam in 2019.
