Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) reported total sales of 4,06,081 units for FY25-26, up 20 per cent from 3,37,148 units in FY24-25. Domestic volumes reached 3,67,107 units (19 per cent growth), while exports climbed 41 per cent to 38,974 units, reflecting broad-based demand and export traction.
March capped the year strongly, with 37,194 units sold, a 24 per cent year-on-year rise from 30,043 units. Domestic sales hit 35,125 units (24 per cent up), and exports grew to 2,069 units from 1,670. Key SUVs like Innova Hycross, Fortuner, and Urban Cruiser Hyryder led the charge, bolstered by new variants and editions.

Sabari Manohar, Executive Vice President of Sales, Service, and Used Car Business at TKM, said sustained demand across SUVs, MPVs, and compacts fueled the results. He said, "We delivered a positive performance this financial year, driven by sustained demand across our SUV, MPV and compact segments. The introduction of new products and customer centric initiatives during the year further helped position Toyota as a dynamic, technology driven and youth oriented brand."

Safety upgrades drew praise: Rumion now offers six airbags standard, matching Glanza, Taisor, and Hyryder. Innova Hycross earned a five-star Bharat NCAP rating, enhancing trust. The Urban Cruiser Hyryder Aero Edition and Tech Package, with 6AT AWD and electronic parking brake, boosted appeal.
With plants in Bidadi producing Innova models, Fortuner, Hyryder, Hilux, and more, TKM holds 3.42 lakh unit capacity. Equity ties: Toyota Motor Corp (89%), Kirloskar Systems (11%). The 6,466 employees support operations across 432 acres.
