Kia India has detailed the variant-wise features of the new-generation Seltos ahead of its official launch. The SUV will be offered in multiple trims: HTE, HTE (O), HTK, HTK (O), HTX, HTX (A), GTX, and GTX (A), each adding incremental features over the previous version. Here's a breakdown of what each variant offers. Before we begin with the list, it is worth mentioning that the SUV is available for bookings for a sum of Rs 25,000.

New Kia Seltos Variants

HTE

The entry-level HTE variant comes equipped with several safety and functional features. Standard equipment includes six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), hill-start assist, all-wheel disc brakes, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and 3-point seatbelts for all seats. It also gets LED headlights and DRLs, LED taillights, 16-inch steel wheels, a rearview camera, a shark-fin antenna, and a rear spoiler. The cabin features black and grey upholstery, manual driver seat height adjustment, steering-mounted controls, cruise control, and a 12-inch driver's display, along with a 10.25-inch touchscreen supporting wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Other equipment includes keyless entry, manual AC with rear vents, two USB-C ports for front and rear passengers, and electrically adjustable ORVMs.

HTE (O)

The HTE (O) variant adds convenience and additional design touches. It introduces an electronic parking brake with auto hold (for automatic variants), connected LED tail-lamps, and part-leatherette upholstery. Automatic versions also gain traction and drive modes: Eco, Normal, and Sport, along with paddle shifters. Other additions include driver and passenger seatback pockets, a 60:40 split rear seat with centre armrest, and a headrest for the middle passenger.

HTK

Moving up to the HTK trim adds more premium and functional elements. This variant gets 17-inch alloy wheels (16-inch styled steel wheels for the NA manual variant), auto-folding ORVMs, rear wipers and defogger, proximity-sensing smart key, push-button start/stop, and flush-fitting door handles with automatic operation. The interior also gains a tilt and telescopic steering wheel, rear door sunshades, and a rear parcel tray.

HTK (O)

The HTK (O) trim builds upon the HTK by adding front parking sensors, black and grey leatherette upholstery, wireless charging, a panoramic sunroof, and a leatherette-wrapped steering wheel. Automatic variants also receive front ventilated seats and an eight-way electrically adjustable driver's seat.

HTX

The HTX variant enhances both styling and technology. It gains a glossy-black front grille and ORVMs, LED fog lamps, and side door garnish. Inside, it features brown and grey upholstery, a leatherette dashboard insert, ambient lighting, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, over-the-air (OTA) updates, and a separate 5-inch touchscreen for HVAC controls. The model also includes an auto-dimming IRVM, ventilated front seats, an eight-way powered driver's seat (automatic only), and an eight-speaker Bose sound system.

HTX (A)

The HTX (A) introduces Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Key safety technologies include parking collision avoidance assist, smart cruise control with stop-and-go, reverse parking collision avoidance assist, and two additional side parking sensors. It also comes with a 360-degree camera and a 12.3-inch digital driver's display.

GTX and GTX (A)

The GTX variant adds sportier styling and performance-focused details. It includes LED projector headlights with integrated turn indicators, glossy-black front bumpers, and 18-inch alloy wheels with neon brake calipers. Inside, it offers black and white upholstery, a 10-way electrically adjustable driver's seat, and a memory function for the driver's seat and ORVMs. The GTX (A) variant mirrors this setup while adding the ADAS suite and additional safety systems.

X-Line

Available with the GTX and GTX (A) trims, the X-Line pack brings cosmetic enhancements such as glossy-black faux skid plates, gunmetal accents, and 18-inch black alloy wheels. The cabin features black and green leatherette seats with satin metal accents, while exclusive exterior color options include Aurora Black Pearl and Xclusive Matte Graphite.
