Mahindra has announced that the Thar Roxx and Scorpio N will be a part of ISRO's space exploration expeditions in Ladakh. This comes as part of the Indian automaker's collaboration with Protoplanet, which is a registered ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) space tutor to support space analogue missions in Ladakh. This mission will take place at the Himalayan Outpost for Planetary Exploration (HOPE), which is a remote location simulating the conditions of the Moon and Mars.
The selected participants will be part of ISRO's research at the location, where ISRO will carry out India's first human isolation study for future space missions. The participants will experience isolated living conditions to examine how humans might adapt on other planets. This project includes two significant expeditions.
