Jet Airways van catches fire at Mumbai airport

A Jet Airways van caught fire at Mumbai airport on Friday. The vehicle was carrying a doctor and two people to attend a medical emergency on board an aircraft when the mishap occurred.

The van was parked near the bay and nit too close to the runway.

No injury has been reported and no operations affected due to the fire.

The doctor went to attend to the patient, when smoke started coming out from it, while the two people were inside.

Fire was quickly extinguished and everything is normal at the airport.

If only this has happened with an Air india vehicle then you people would have been sreaming it down as 'breaking news' / 'major disaster averted at Airport'/ 'poor maintenance in Air India' etc.!!!
