If Hyderabad is on your travel list, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has introduced a four-day trip from Kochi that covers some of the city's popular attractions. Called Amazing Hyderabad, the package is planned from October 12 to October 15 and costs Rs 27,150 per person.
The trip gives travellers a chance to explore Hyderabad, also known as the Pearl City, without having to plan every part of the journey themselves. The city is known for its old monuments, gardens, lakes, museums and busy shopping areas. The city is also loved for its food.
With the travel dates, cost and destination already fixed, the IRCTC package can make planning a Hyderabad visit simpler for those looking for a short break.

Itinerary
The Amazing Hyderabad tour starts on October 12, with an early morning flight from Kochi to Hyderabad. After reaching the city, travellers will visit the Statue of Equality, Charminar and Golconda Fort before checking into the hotel for the night.

On October 13, the group will head to Ramoji Film City after breakfast. The day will be spent exploring the studio before returning to the hotel in the evening.

The next day, October 14, includes visits to Mecca Masjid and Chowmahalla Palace. After lunch, travellers will have some free time. They can also attend the India vs West Indies T20 match at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, but match tickets will have to be bought separately.

On October 15, the final day includes visits to the Salar Jung Museum and Birla Mandir. After lunch, travellers will be taken to the airport for their late night flight back from Hyderabad.

Cost
The package has different prices depending on the type of room and the age of the child. The cost is Rs 34,450 per person for single occupancy, while the price comes down to Rs 28,200 per person for double occupancy. Travelling with three people in one room costs Rs 27,150 per person.
For children aged 5 to 11 years, the package costs Rs 22,950 with a separate bed and Rs 18,750 without a bed. For younger children aged 2 to 4 years, the cost Rs 18,750 without a bed.
Package Details
The tour package includes economy class flights from Kochi to Hyderabad and back, along with three nights of stay in an air conditioned hotel. Travellers will also get three breakfasts and three dinners during the trip. AC vehicle services will be provided for sightseeing, along with a guide on selected days.
There are some additional costs that travellers will have to pay themselves. These include entry tickets to attractions, camera charges, boating fees and any increase in airfare, airport taxes or fuel charges. Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, porter charges, alcohol and food not included in the package are also extra. Any changes in the planned itinerary will cost extra.
