Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy on Thursday said industries will be "scared" to invest in the state if "harsh steps" are taken against them in the wake of the Visakapatnam gas leak incident. Gas Leak: Supreme Court Allows 30 Employees To Access Sealed Visakhapatnam Plant
