Common University Entrance Test Cuet

The CUET (UG) - 2024 was conducted in hybrid mode on 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, and 24 May 2024 at various examination centres in India and abroad.

The North Eastern Hill University in Meghalaya and Nagaland university in Nagaland are central universities.

NTA had earlier rescheduled the CUET UG exam initially scheduled for May 15 in Delhi to May 29.

CUET UG 2024: The Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the remaining 48 subjects, including 31 languages and 17 domain-specific subjects, will take place on May 21, 22, and 24.

About 13.48 lakh unique candidates are taking the CUET (UG) in a hybrid format (CBT and Pen & Paper) for 57.95 lakh subject combinations.

The exam will be conducted on May 29 for over 220 students at an exam centre in Kanpur.

The test during the second day was conducted for Hindi, Economics, Mathematics and Physics in 1,578 centres all over the country.

CUET UG 2024 Entrance Exam: The attendance on the first day of the CUET UG was more than 75 per cent.

Reports claim that the exam has been postponed in view of the ongoing 2024 Lok Sabha election.

The NTA informed that examinations on other dates (May 16, 17 and 18) at all centres, including in Delhi, will be conducted as scheduled.

CUET UG 2024 exam schedule: The examination in Delhi will now be conducted on May 29, and revised admit cards will be released for candidates.

CUET UG 2024: On May 15, there will be 4 shifts: Shift 1A (10am to 11am), Shift 1B (12.14pm to 1pm), Shift 2A (3pm to 3.45pm), and Shift 2B (5pm to 6pm).

CUET UG Admit Card 2024: The hall ticket will include essential information such as exam center details, reporting time, paper timing, and exam day instructions.

Nearly 13.48 lakh candidates across 380 cities, including 26 cities outside India will appear in the entrance test to be held from May 15 to 24.

The exam offers a unified opportunity for students aspiring to secure admission in any of the central universities or other participating institutions.
