Coimbatore:
Two persons were arrested today, including the manager of the four-storeyed commercial complex in Coimbatore where a broke out yesterday killing four persons, police said.
A special team has been formed to nab the building owner, who is at large, they said.
Meanwhile, fire and rescue department sources said it was high time the Government act immediately to inspect such buildings which do not have fire safety licences.
An estimate suggested there could be more than 500 such buildings in the city, they claimed.
