A teenage boy drowned in Pavana river near Kalewadi flyover in Pimpri in Pune, police said today.
Pradip Salve (14) went to play near the river yesterday afternoon with his friends and fell into a water ditch made near the river for construction work and drowned, Chinchwad police said.
A case of accidental death has been registered, police said.
