Purin, a superstar in her native Japan, already has some new fans on YouTube who's comments target the more famous human players, ranging from warnings - Watch your back, Neymar - to insults - Still better player than Ronaldo. They've also describe Purin as the 'New Iker' and the 'New Messi.' High praise for anyone, leave alone a doggie.
Purin, whose name means 'pudding,' was born in 2005 and so, in dog years, is a veteran footballer. She has her own Facebook page which says she can do upto 70 tricks, including skateboarding and jumping rope. She likes other dogs better than humans and her favourite food is liver.
