Muzaffarnagar:
A man, accused of attempt to murder and absconding for the last 22 years, was arrested from Shalimar Bagh area of New Delhi by the Uttar Pradesh police.
Ramkumar, carrying a police reward on his head, was absconding since 1989 after a case of attempt to murder was registered against him at Rampuri village in this district, DSP S K Shukla said here today.
He was absconding since the incident and living in Shalimar Garden in Delhi.
On a tip off, the Uttar Pradesh police yesterday arrested Kumar from Delhi.
