Ambassadors of at least 14 countries tasted the famous Malihabadi Dussheri mango at "Ek Sham Malihabadi Dussheri ke Naam"- a programme organised by Mango Growers Association of India.
The ambassadors of Ukraine - Rotyslav, Lebanon - George Fadel, Algeria - Echarif Mohammaed Hocene, Benin - Sanara, Councellor of Republic of Malawi - Alfred Vilili, besides others, attended the programme held last evening at Malihabad, on the outskirts of the city.
During the programme, the representatives of different countries relished Dussheri mangoes, which were also gifted to them with a request to promote it in their respective countries.
Poets like Munawwar Rana, Manjar Bhopali, Naseem Nighat, Suman Dubey, Raees Ansari and Haider Baksh recited their poetry at the programme.
