Abu Jani Had All Eyes On Him In A Flowing Kaftan, Glitzy Jewellery And Cane In His Hand

Last night, Mumbai shone a little bit brighter and the reason why was the launch of Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla's fashion film, titled Mera Noor Hai Mashhoor. Featuring more than 150 garments curated from 18 collections handcrafted by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, it also starred Huma Qureshi with Uorfi Javed making an appearance. And for a night as fashionable as this one, you can only expect the style quotient to be sky high. So that's exactly what happened. There was plenty of old Bollywood charm with the likes of Jaya Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan and Sussanne Khan present. The guest list also flowed with newer additions such as Natasa Stankovic and influencers too. And while they stuck to the theme and all turned out in thorough OTT style, it was the man of the hour Abu Jani who had all eyes on him. Dare we say he had the most statement-making look of the evening on?

Abu Jani picked a black flowing kaftan as his ensemble for the evening; a blank base for the opulent accessories to come. The plunging neckline was covered with multiple layers of white stone studded necklaces, with length long enough that it reached his waist. He wore lace gloves and his wrist featured a sparkling stone bracelet while he carried a cane in his other hand.

Taking it a step even further were his black sunglasses and worn over it, a black net veil over his face. We love a host who plays the part to perfection by sticking to his theme, just like his guests. In fact, it was hard to look at anyone else with Abu Jani around.
