Now, the actress has shared details about her pre-shoot preparation video on Instagram. It talks about Malaika's skincare routine and how she gears up for the shoot ahead. 

Malaika's pre-shoot preparation includes the following steps:

Step 1: Apply moisturiser under your eyes and pat it down gently.

Step 2: Use a jade roller and massage the skin under your eye in a soft, brisk and firm manner.

Step 3: Apply moisturiser to your face. Don't forget your neck.

Step 4: Use a jade roller and massage your face with upward strokes.

Step 5: Hold one side of the skin and massage.

Step 6: Apply lip balm.

And, you are good to go.

Earlier, Malaika Arora has shared some tips for radiant skin. No beauty products, this time. The actress discussed how yoga helps her maintain the health of her skin. She focused on three yoga asanas, including Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose), Halasana (Plough Pose) and Trikonasana (Triangle Pose).

According to Malaika, Sarvangasana regulates the blood flow towards the face as you are upside down. This improves the quality and texture of the skin while also building strength around the shoulders and back. Halasana, she stated, helps to reduce stress, calm the mind and improve your digestive process, all of which has an amazing effect on your skin. About Trikonasana, Malaika said that it opens the chest and shoulders. This opening of the chest allows the supply of fresh oxygen to the skin.

Malaika had once shared an easy way to make DIY body scrub that you can use while taking a shower. She mixed some leftover coffee and ground it with brown sugar and coconut oil.

Malaika Arora indeed has a lot to share when it comes to beauty tips and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
