Alaya Furniturewala is a true-blue fashionista who always understands the assignment. Recently the actress turned heads with her ethnic OOTD for a photo shoot, leaving us super impressed. She picked out a beautifully crafted honey-shade lehenga from the shelves of the designer label Rianta by Rianta Chakraborty. The ensemble featured a pink sweetheart-neckline blouse embellished with floral elements in pastel tones of yellow, blue, green and white. The scalloped hem adorned with crystallised tassels added an extra dose of bling. Alaya paired the blouse with a voluminous skirt meticulously designed with pearls, crystals and anchor threads. Fusion embroidery infused with delicate zardozi thread work and an exquisite pearl-crystal decoration elevated the regal aesthetics. With her outfit doing all the talking, Alaya sealed her traditional splendour with stone-encrusted studs and a matching bangle. She went with soft-glam makeup comprising rosy-highlighted cheeks, glossy pink lips, wispy mascara-coated lashes, and shimmery eyeshadow. Her brunette tresses were left open in waves.

Before that Alaya dished out boho-ethnic vibes in a colourfully chic lehenga set by ace designer Ritu Kumar. She put on a ruffled orange blouse that came with a plunging neckline and golden-sequinned borders. She teamed it up with a long and trailing pleated skirt doused in a myriad of hues and prints. A crimson-blue dupatta enhanced her prettiness. For makeup, the actress resorted to a matte base, coupled with blush-contoured cheeks, pink lips and minimal eye drama. Traditional jhumkas and open hair did the rest of the job.
Pulling off a bright red lehenga is not everyone's cup of tea, but Alaya is an exception to the rule. On another page of her ethnic diaries, she leaned on a Shehla Khan-tailored red lehenga looking as resplendent as ever. Sheer lacey details on the low-cut blouse were a bold move that Alaya carried out effortlessly. A matching floor-grazing skirt consisting of sequinned elements served oomph and panache in equal measure. Alaya wrapped a netted, floral embroidered red dupatta over her shoulders and sealed her stunning avatar. Those red lips framed her face like a true wonder.
