Nowadays, hair loss is a common problem no matter what your age and gender is. You might have seen teenagers struggling with hair loss, which depicts that hair loss has nothing to do with your age. 1. A Healthy Diet
Diet plays a major role in hair growth. A diet rich in vitamins A, B, and E promotes hair growth, enriches hair follicle, maintains density, reduces follicle damage and increases blood circulation. Food like spinach, carrot, egg, dairy products, peanut and almond are rich in these vitamins.

Omega 3 fatty acids too helps in stimulating hair follicles and maintaining hair health. It strictly stops hair loss and unexpected hair breakage. Some of the omega 3 rich foods are walnuts, avocado, flax seeds, fish(salmon) and navy beans.
Keratin is the crucial requirement of the body in terms of hair growth. It is considered to be the major factor to improve hair structure. Keratin deficiency is the most common reason of your hair breakage. It is considered as an important element in terms of hair care. Protein rich foods are good sources such as peanut butter, fish, lobster, tuna fish, chicken, meat etc.
2. Oiling And Scalp Massage
Oiling provides nourishment and prevents hair loss. It strengthens the roots and promotes hair growth. Coconut, neem, argon, castor, avocado, brahmi and jojoba oils make hair strong and healthy. 3. Avoid Brushing Wet Hair
Hair follicles are weak when wet. Brushing wet hair results in excess hair loss. Prefer brushing the hair when they are semi-wet.
4. Avoid Hot Showers
Washing hair with hot water makes the hair weak and causes damages. Also, it results in dryness of the scalp and hair. Switch to washing hair with normal water.
5. Keep Yourself Hydrated
Drink enough water to keep your body hydrated. As it makes your scalp hydrated and prevents dandruff. This makes your hair healthy.
6. Onion Juice
Applying onion juice to the scalp is actually beneficial. It promotes hair growth and add volume to hair. It has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that protect the scalp against infections.
