India Post, Online Gramin Dak Sevak Recruitment At Telangana
Online applications have been invited for recruitment to the posts of Gramin Dak Sevak posts under Telangana Circle, India Post. A total of 645 vacancies have been announced. Out of the total number of vacancies 356 are for unreserved category and 151 for the OBC category. A total of 86 and 52 posts are for SC and ST categories, respectively. For the Telangana GDS recruitment, selection will be made as per the automatic generated merit list as per the rules based on the candidates online submitted applications.
In order to be eligible for Telangana GDS recruitment, candidates must be 10th pass and in the age group of 18-40 years election will be made as per the automatic generated merit list as per the rules
based on the candidates online submitted applications.
Regarding educational qualification, the official notification states that, "No weightage will be given for possessing any qualification(s) higher than the mandatory educational qualification. The Candidate passed Xth class examination in first attempt will be treated as meritorious against those passed compartmentally."
