Narendra Modi is addressing 1,500 BJP leaders and workers from across Bihar on telephone. The BJP's campaign chief is discussing the 2014 election strategy with them.
Here are the highlights of Mr Modi's address.- The relations between Bihar and Gujarat are very old. I even celebrated Bihar diwas in Surat and Ahmedabad.

- In Gujarat every ordinary citizen believes the government is working towards their development
- There are grievances of workers and other people which we try to address
- I salute the people of Bihar. Look at IAS, IPS, 80 per cent are from Bihar. They have been endowed with intellectual prowess. They make the country proud
- BJP workers in Bihar sacrificed a lot for the honour of the party
