Mr Ganeshan's brother, Chandrasekharan Ganesh, who reached the Belgian capital yesterday from Germany, told NDTV that the techie's last phone call on Tuesday morning has been traced to a subway station located 2.5 kilometres from where the underground network was bombed.
Yesterday, Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj, who has been using her Twitter account to share crucial information about Indians in Brussels, and how they are being helped by the embassy there, posted that Mr Ganeshan was travelling by metro on Tuesday morning.

Before leaving for work on Tuesday, Mr Ganeshan phoned his mother, who lives in Bengaluru. He has a wife and young child who live in Chennai and visited them recently. His family has said that he has been working on an Infosys project for four years in Brussels.
