Chandigarh:
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has received the Haryana government's report indicting Sacred Heart school, which Ruchika Girhotra attended.

The CBSE will ask the school to take action against principal if they have failed to perform their duty.
14-year-old Ruchika Girhotra was molested by a police officer in Haryana 1990. She was later expelled from her school.
Ruchika's expulsion humiliated and isolated her days after she reported that SPS Rathore, an Inspector General had molested her. Her depression grew as Rathore harassed her family for the next three years, and in 1993, she killed herself.
