When will the new male contraceptive Risug be on sale?

Please give information about Risug, the male contraceptive made in India, which I believe is ready for sale soon?

Risug is not approved by the drug controller; hence the question of sale does not arise. If at all it hits the market (which I doubt), it will take a long time. There are many unresolved safety issues.
