As I am interested in buying coloured contact lenses, can you suggest whether these are harmful for the eyes? Are there any side effects or any special care to be taken? I am 23 years old.

Well-fitted coloured contact lenses do not harm the eyes in any way. All precautions (hygiene, etc.) must be followed as per normal contact lens to avoid possible complications such as infection.
