Ghaziabad:
In a suspected case of dowry harassment, a woman allegedly committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling of a room at her in-laws' residence in Indirapuram area in Ghaziabad on Friday, police said.
According to police, the victim's husband and in-laws used to torture her for dowry.
Search is on to nab the husband and her in-laws who are absconding, police said.
In a separate incident at Bahadurgarh, a man along with his father killed his 23-year-old wife by setting her on fire as she objected to their drinking habit, police said.
The duo have been arrested, they said.
