The study that was published in the journal Nature Cell Biology stated that the idea of using drugs to stimulate hair growth through hair follicle stem cells is very promising given how many millions of people, both men and women, deal with hair loss. Scientists have recently understood the importance and role of metabolism in hair growth and stem cells. While we still may have to wait for proven results, nothing can really beat foods that may help to promote hair growth. Here are some foods that you should include in your daily diet-
Your hair is made up of protein, therefore it is imperative to ensure that you have enough protein in your diet. Protein is considered as the building block of hair and eggs make for the best sources of protein.

Your body does not produce these fatty acids on its own, hence, it is important to add foods rich in healthy fats.
