- An old video of Ranbir Kapoor in his teenage days is trending
- The video is from the music launch of the film 'Aa Ab Laut Chalen'
- The clip also features Aishwarya Rai, Rishi Kapoor, Randhir and Rajiv
An old video of Ranbir Kapoor from the music launch of Aa Ab Laut Chalen, the 1999 film directed by his father, actor Rishi Kapoor is trending since morning. An Instagram account that has 'Queens Bolly' as its username had shared the video on the platform last year and the clip has found its way on the Internet again. In the video, Ranbir in his teens can be seen posing on the stage with his father Rishi and uncles Randhir Kapoor and Rajiv Kapoor, who co-produced the 1999 film. Ranbir looks unrecognisable in the clip. For the uninitiated, Ranbir, who was presumably 17 years old back then, had assisted his father Rishi in Aa Ab Laut Chalen. Rishi made his debut as a director in the film.
We also see some glimpses of Aishwarya Rai, who played the lead role opposite Akshaye Khanna in Aa Ab Laut Chalen. In the video, Aishwarya can be seen signing autographs for her fans. The actress looks beautiful in a white strappy ethnic suit. She is also giving an interview at the event. The video was originally uploaded by the Wild Films India on YouTube.

While Ranbir and Aishwarya are not in the same frame in the trending video, years later, both of them shared screen space in Karan Johar's film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil in 2016. In the film, Ranbir and Aishwarya were romantically paired with each other.
Last year, a rare throwback picture of Ranbir and Aishwarya went insanely viral on social media. Going by the picture, it was probably clicked in the 90s. In the photo, Ranbir can be seen happily posing with Aishwarya.
We are talking about this picture.
Coming back to Aa Ab Laut Chalen, the film was released on January 22, 1999. It remains the only film which was directed by Rishi Kapoor in his career.
Speaking of Ranbir Kapoor, after working in the 1999 film, he then assisted Sanjay Leela Bhansali in the 2005 film Black. Ranbir made his acting debut in Bhansali's 2007 film Saawariya along with Sonam Kapoor.
Ranbir is currently gearing up for his upcoming films namely Brahmastra and Shamshera. He was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani's film Sanju, that released in 2018.
