Shah Rukh Khan, who is currently basking in the success of Pathaan, is back at work. The actor started trending on Twitter big time on Wednesday, after a behind-the-scenes picture of him from the sets of Atlee's forthcoming film Jawan surfaced on social media. A masked SRK can be seen shooting for the project in a picture from the sets which has gone viral. The photo has been curated by several fan pages dedicated to the superstar on social media. In Jawan, Shah Rukh Khan will co-star with Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi.

SRK announced his association with the project last year. Posting a teaser, he captioned it: "An action-packed 2023! Bringing Jawan to you, an explosive entertainer in cinemas 2nd June 2023. In Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada."
Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in the smash hit Pathaan, co-starring Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. The film has managed to collect over Rs 318.50 crore within a week of its release. The film also released in Tamil and Telugu last week.
Other than Jawan, Shah Rukh Khan will also star in Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki, co-starring Taapsee Pannu, which is also slated to release this year.
Other than Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan made a few cameo appearances in a couple of films last year. He had a special appearance in Madhavan's Rocketry: The Nambi Effect and also in Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's Brahmastra. SRK has also been fairly active as a producer in the last few years. He co-produced Darlings, which marked Alia Bhatt's debut as a film producer.
