Veteran actor Sunil Dutt would have been 92 today. On Sunil Dutt's birth anniversary, his son and actor Sanjay Dutt has paid a tribute to him on social media. Sanjay Dutt posted a throwback picture of himself and his dad Sunil Dutt from childhood days on Instagram. The father-son duo is smiling in the monochromatic picture. Sanjay Dutt as a little child looks adorable in the frame. Sunil Dutt is gazing at his son Sanjay Dutt while holding his hand. In his caption, Sanjay Dutt wrote, "Always holding my hand through thick and thin. Love you Dad, Happy Birthday!"

Born in 1929, Sunil Dutt married Nargis Dutt in 1958. Sanjay Dutt, Priya Dutt and Namrata Dutt are their children. Apart from being an actor, Sunil Dutt was also a politician. Sunil Dutt was appointed as the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports in 2004. He died of a heart attack in 2005. Nargis Dutt, who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, died in 1981.
