The actress says throughout her life she has always beenmistaken for a younger age, and stresses the importance oflooking after your skin.
"When I was 16, I looked 19. When I was 19, I looked 25.But I got stuck on 25 thank God! until I was 35. So thatwas good. But it's also important to take care of your skinbecause if you're not careful, one day you'll wake up and aspider will have taken over your face and you'll be full oflines, " she said
Hayek, who shares a four-year-old daughter with husbandFranois-Henri Pinault, says she's glad she waited patientlyto be a mother and a wife.
"To be your own woman, you have to question who youreally are and what it is you really want and you have tohave a level of acceptance of what you can do," the actress added.
