Britney Spears, Olivia Newton-John, Camille Grammer and super director James Cameron have all lived in the famous community.

Gibson has offloaded millions in property in the past year.

He sold his 75 acre Greenwich, Connecticut Estate last June for USD 24 million then in December 2010 he sold his Costa Rica property, where Britney Spears famously stayed after her 2007 breakdown, for USD 35 million.
