Pakistani actor Fawad Khan wants to star in the remake of 1965 film
Guide, starring Dev Anand and Waheeda Rehman.
Fawad, 34, who made his debut in Bollywood with 2014's
Khoobsurat, said that he is an admirer of that era of filmmaking.
"There is a film which I have never seen completely, but I have watched a portion of it in my childhood. It's
Guide. If offered, I would love to star in the remake. I am a very big fan of travel driven films and also that period," Fawad told reporters.
Fawad, who has featured in television serials like
Zindagi Gulzar Hai and
Humsafar, will soon be seen in
Kapoor And Sons.
Directed by Shakun Batra,
