Fans Support Gauahar Khan After Attacker Claims He Was Paid

At the time of his arrest, the accused had said that he slapped Gauahar as she "wore skimpy outfits".

A month after actress Gauahar Khan's slap-gate incident, on the sets of TV reality show India's Raw Star, the accused allegedly said that he was in fact paid by the actress to slap her. The accused also reportedly said that Gauahar had promised him a role in Dabangg 3.

However, Gauahar's fans have complete faith in her and have come out in her support. Her fans took to microblogging site Twitter to show their solidarity to the Bigg Boss 7 star.
 



And though Gauahar herself hasn't tweeted her reaction to the reports yet she replied to her fan saying:
 



At the time of his arrest, the accused had said that he slapped the actress as she "wore skimpy outfits and danced to cheap songs despite being a Muslim".

The accused had been reportedly observing Gauahar for three days before he got up and went to the stage on December 1. He initially tried to touch her and then slapped her. (Also Read: 'Slapped Gauahar as She Wore Short Skirts and I Was Attracted to Her' )

In her statement Gauahar had said, "Yes I was attacked, the physical aspect being a major part of it, but what that coward tried to do to me mentally was even more grave. He attacked my integrity and tried to camouflage his cowardice by his rubbish claims of wanting to send out a message of hat he thought the youth of Indian needed today. Who allowed the moron to decide what the world should be doing. Why doesn't a loser like him have the fear of the law before he decides to attack a girl who is unarmed, unprepared and someone who is trying to do her work to the best of her ability." "This loser doesn't represent my beautiful faith which in itself means peace and submission," Gauahar said while stating that she fully trusted the judicial system of the country," she had added.
