Ananya is preparing for her debut in the South film industry. She features alongside Telugu superstar Vijay Deverakonda in Puri Jagannadh directed Liger. The movie also marks Vijay's Bollywood debut. It will be released on September 9.
She will next appear in Shakun Batra's film, which has Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi in the lead.
Ananya recently confessed her love for South Indian food, particularly the dishes cooked at co-star Deepika's house. The Padmaavat actress had termed that homemade South Indian food as her 'comfort snack.' Ananya chipped in to agree and said, "Your (Deepika) house South Indian food is my comfort food also. Yum to another level."
