Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan and cricketer Virat Kohli have collaborated for a Diwali special chat show. The duo shot for the show on Monday and were photographed together outside a studio in Mumbai's Malad. "This would be the first time that Aamir Khan and Virat Kohli will share a platform together," said a source, reports news agency IANS. In the pictures, Virat is seen holding the clapboard as they both smiled for the cameras. Aamir has previously hosted the chat show Satyamev Jayate for three seasons while it will be Virat's first TV show. Aamir's son Azad was also spotted at the shooting location.

Aamir, 51, is currently busy promoting Secret Superstar. The film is headlined by Aamir's Dangal co-star Zaira Wasim while the actor features in a special role. Co-produced by Aamir Khan and wife Kiran Rao, Secret Superstar releases on October 19.

Meanwhile, Aamir has taken a break from Thugs Of Hindostan shoot for Secret Superstar promotions. "Thugs Of Hindostan takes a back seat now, as I dive 100% into Secret Superstar," he tweeted earlier this week.

He flew to Istanbul earlier today.

Of the film, Aamir told AFP, "While both Dangal and Secret Superstar are about the empowerment of the girl child, I feel it (Secret Superstar) is a much bigger film." Dangal made a business of over Rs 350 crore in India.

Virat Kohli, 28, the Indian cricket team captain, is currently on a break in between the Australia series.
