Kerala +2 result has been declared today at 2 pm. The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, or DHSE, Kerala, will be releasing the result on the official websites -- keralaresults.nic.in, results.itschool.gov.in, dhsekerala.gov.in and prd.kerala.gov.in. Students can use their roll number and date of birth to login to the result website. This year the results have been delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic. The SSLC exam result was released on July 1. An official from the Kerala DHSE had confirmed to NDTV that the Plus Two results declaration will take "some more time".
In the Kerala Plus Two Results, announced today by General Education Minister C Raveendranath, 2,234 students from Malappuram district have scored the top grade in all subjects. In total, 18,510 students have scored the top grades in all subjects in the Kerala Plus Two Results.
The Kerala Plus One admission, or Class 11 admission, is scheduled to start from July 24. The Higher Secondary Centralised Admission Process, HSCAP, will administer the plus one admission. The HSCAP Kerala is a single-window admission process.
The students can apply for revaluation or photocopy or scrutiny of all subjects except revaluation of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of March 2020 examination from July 16 onwards.
Eligibility for higher studies is D+ or above grade for all subjects with 30% scores in theory alone and an aggregate total of 30% in theory, practical evaluation and continuous evaluation taken together.
Those students who registered and appeared for the HSE 2020 March (both regular and compartmental) and failed to obtain sufficient grade for higher studies in any subject can apply for the SAY examination to obtain D+ and above in such subjects. The notification for the examination will be issued shortly
“The results of Higher Secondary Examination, March 2020 is published. The same is available in the following websites. www.kerala.gov.in, www.dhsekerala.gov.in, www.results.nic.in, www.keralaresults.nic.in, www.results.kitekerala.gov.in, www.prd.kerala.gov.in. The results are also available in PRD Live, Saphalam 2020, iExaMS mobile apps which are available in Google Play Store. The results are subject to further scrutiny and modification,” Dr. S.S. Vivekanandan, Board of Higher Secondary Examinations and Joint Director (Exam) said in a statement.
In the Kerala Plus Two results announced today, 234 students have secured 100% marks in the examinations held in March and May.
“The department congratulates especially the 234 candidates who secured 1200 scores out of 1200 and the 18510 students who got A+ in all subjects,” a statement said.
Among the Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE) students 81.8% qualified for higher education.

In various streams, 77.76% in Humnaities, 84.52% in Commerce, 89.95% in Technical and 98.75% in Arts (Kalamandalam) qualified for higher education.

Kerala DHSE will be releasing the Kerala +2 results in another 10 minutes. The education minister will announce the results. Simultaneously, the results will be released on the official websites.

In the CBSE Class 12 exam, Thiruvananthapuram region has registered highest pass percent. 97.67% students from this region have qualified the exam.

Soon after the Kerala plus two results are announced, admission process for undergraduate courses will begin. This year colleges and universities may opt for online admission. Schools and educational institutions have remained closed since mid-March due to COVID-19 pandemic.
In the Kerala SSLC exam result declared on July 1, a total of 631 government schools have recorded 100% result this year. In addition to this, 796 private schools and 404 unaided schools affiliated to the state board have also registered 100% result.
This year, the board issued SSLC certificates with QR codes to candidates. The SSLC result was announced on July 1. This year, Kerala SSLC exams and results were delayed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The exams were conducted in February and March but the board had to postpone some papers which were finally conducted from May 26 to May 29.
In the Kerala SSLC exam this year, a total of 41,906 students have secured the highest A+ grade. This is an increase of over 4,500 from 2019 figures. Last year, 37,334 students received the highest, A+ grade. In the Malappuram education district 2,736 students have secured A+ grades.
Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan had declared the Secondary School Leaving Certificate, or SSLC results on July 1. 98.2 per cent of the total 4,22,450 have passed in the exam.
CBSE students in the state have already received their Class 12 result. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had released the Class 12 result on July 13. Thiruvananthapuram region has registered the highest pass percentage this year.
In plus two exams, 98.11% pass was recorded in Kerala. The DHSE Kerala result was announced on May 8.
Along with the Kerala DHSE Plus Two results, the state Vocational Higher Secondary Education or VHSE results is also expected in July.
"Save A Year" or SAY exam is held for those students who do not qualify the +2 exam. Through the exam, such students are given a chance to improve.
In an exception, this year those students who have missed the exam due to COVID-19 pandemic will also be allowed to appear for the SAY exam as regular candidates.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Kerala +2 result declaration got delayed this year. The exams could not be completed on time as lockdown was imposed nationwide to contain the spread of coronavirus. The exam for the remaining papers was held on May 26 and May 29.

Saphalam 2020 app is available on Google Play Store. It has been prepared by the Kerala Infrastructure and Technlology for Education or KITE, a Kerala government establishment. The Saphalam 2020 app will carry of school, education district and revenue district wise results analysis.
The PRD Live app is available on Google Play Store and App Store. "This year's Higher Secondary and Vocational Higher Secondary results will be available on the official mobile app of Information, Public Relations Department at PRD Live. The results will be available on PRD Live right after the official results' declaration," an official statement on the Kerala SSLC result declaration said. Last year, more than 31 lakh people utilised the PRD Live app for checking their results, the statement said.
iExaMS-DHSE-Kerala, a digital outreach initiative by the Kerala DHSE and National Informatics Centre Kerala to help Plus 1 and Plus Two students under DHSE, Government of Kerala to view exam results promptly on result declaration. This is an Android based mobile application. Students can view their examination results once the results are published.
The DHSE will also release the Kerala +2 result on apps. Students can check their result on iExaMS, PRD Live, Saphalam 2020 apps when the result is declared.
