Motohaus India has launched the VLF Mobster scooter in the Indian market at an introductory price of Rs 1.30 lakh (ex-showroom) for the first 2500 consumers. The sporty scooter expands the brand's presence in the Indian market and joins the Tennis electric scooter in the brand's lineup. It is also the first ICE scooter of the manufacturer in India and will be available as CKD in the country. It will be assembled at a facility in Kolhapur. Those who wish to buy the scooter can book it for a token amount of Rs 999.
The VLF Mobster showcases a sporty design that stands out. It features a robust appearance with a twin-headlamp configuration on the front apron, which is different from any other scooter available in the Indian market. Additionally, the scooter's single-piece seat is enhanced by a distinct side panel design, reinforcing its muscular aesthetic. This will be one of the main characteristics that distinguishes the scooter from its competitors.

To make it all presentable, there are multiple colour options on offer, including Crimson Override, Glostlight, Ash Circuit, and Neon Venom.

As for its features, this dynamic scooter is equipped with a 5-inch fully digital color TFT display that supports mobile screen mirroring, includes a USB charging port, incorporates switchable dual-channel ABS, and offers a live dashcam function, which should be beneficial for navigating Indian roads. Moreover, it provides connectivity features such as navigation. Lastly, the scooter also includes keyless ignition, a 12W USB charging port, and dual-channel ABS with traction control.
Powering the VLF Mobster is a 125cc liquid-cooled engine, which produces 12 bhp of power and 11.7 Nm of torque. The international market also has an option of a 180cc engine that delivers 18 bhp and 15.7 Nm.
