Tata Motors is preparing to launch the new Tata Sierra SUV in India. The 5-dppr SUV was earlier showcased at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 and is inching closer to the November 25 debut. To build anticipation, the brand has released a new teaser that gives us an action-packed outlook of the SUV, revealing the exterior and interior of the new Sierra SUV.
The new Tata Sierra takes a bold leap from its 2000s predecessor, embracing a thoroughly modern design language. It features an all-LED lighting setup with sleek headlamps and full-width lightbars at both ends, giving it a futuristic edge. Premium styling cues like blacked-out ORVMs and C-pillars, flush door handles, dual-tone alloy wheels, and a shark fin antenna add to its upscale persona. Teaser visuals also confirm a large panoramic sunroof and Tata's signature 'infinite window' layout, which not only boosts cabin airiness but also enhances the lounge-like comfort for rear passengers.

Tata Sierra interior
Inside, the upcoming Tata Sierra is set to feature a tech-rich cabin highlighted by a triple-screen dashboard layout, comprising a digital instrument cluster, a central touchscreen infotainment unit, and a dedicated display for the front passenger. This marks a first for any Tata Motors vehicle, although a similar setup is already seen on the Mahindra XUV 9e currently on sale in India.
Teaser visuals also confirm the presence of an illuminated Tata logo on the steering wheel, in line with the brand's latest design direction. Interestingly, the previous video showcases the SUV in a striking red shade, alongside the yellow hue seen at the Expo.
