The Skoda Kushaq facelift has been unveiled for the Indian market, with pre-bookings beginning now ahead of launch in March 2026. The new iteration of the SUV comes with major changes in the design, cabin, and powertrain of the vehicle. Along with the standard version, the brand has unveiled the Monte Carlo version of the SUV. This comes alongside the introduction of a new Kylaq Sportline, Kodiaq RS, and the announcement of bringing a new badge of the Octavia RS to the country.
Skoda Kushaq Facelift: Design
The new Kushaq comes with some major changes in design over its predecessor. To begin with, the headlamps get a new design with connected DRLs covering the width of the car. Complementing the design is a new grill with piano black and chrome elements. To go with this, the SUV now gets a revised bumper with new LED fog lamps. The side of the SUV is improved with the presence of a new design for the 17-inch alloy wheels.

The rear end of the vehicle gets connected to the tail lamps with sequential turn indicators and a glowing red logo of the brand placed in the middle of the tailgate. Just like the front end, the rear bumper is a new element with matte silver skid plates. All of this is offered in new colours, including Shimla Green, Brilliant Silver, Candy White, Carbon Steel, Cherry Red, Deep Black, Lava Blue, and Steel Grey.
Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo
The Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo comes with blacked out elements with sporty red strips and Monte Carlo badge all around the car. Similarly, the SUV gets different red and black interiors placing it as a sporty version of the model in the country.
Skoda Kushaq Facelift: Interior
The changes continue on the inside of the vehicle with dual-tone elements in the cabin consisting of grey and beige colours. The list of changes also includes a new panoramic sunroof, a new digital instrument cluster, a 10.1-inch infotainment system, new upholstery, and more. In terms of features, the SUV now gets a first in segment, a massage function for the rear seat, along with a six-way electrically adjustable seat, a ventilated seat, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, AI Companion powered by Google with voice command, and more.

For safety, the SUV gets disc brakes, six airbags, ABS, electronic stability control, brake disc wiping, TPMS, hill hold control, rain-sensing wiper, rear defogger, and more.
Skoda Kushaq Facelift: Powertrain
Under the hood, the Skoda Kushaq facelift gets a 1.0-litre TSI engine giving out 104 hp of power and 250 Nm of peak torque. The brand also offers the option of a bigger 1.5-litre four-cylinder TSI engine, which is tuned to produce 147 hp of power and 250 Nm of torque. The transmission options include a segment-first eight-speed torque converter (exclusively paired with the 1.0-litre TSI engine) and a seven-speed DSG.
