Westeros, upside-down and every which way. The new season of Game Of Thrones airs later this month and fans are at peak excitement right now, thanks partly to advance releases like this 360-degree video of the show's opening credits.

The video has been on the show's Facebook page since April 13. According to Facebook boss and Game Of Thrones fan Mark Zuckerberg, who posted it on his page on April 15, it was the top 360 video on the social network for a day. Since being posted, the video has amassed over 3.7 million views, more than 57,000 shares and still counting.

"This new version includes the classic maps of the various kingdoms, the moving models of the Wall and cities-all rendered to be viewed and explored as a 360 video and in immersive VR. The video is exclusively available on the Game of Thrones Facebook page now and is coming to Oculus Video for Gear VR and Rift soon," Facebook officials told SocialTimes.

In this immersive experience, you can see the lay of the land in Westeros - from King's Landing to Dorne, from Winterfell to The Wall.

Perhaps fans are obsessing less (at least temporarily) over the whether or not the dead Jon Snow will return in the new season. Did we touch a nerve there? Oops. All will be revealed when Game of Thrones season 6 premieres on HBO on April 24. Until then, here's the 360 view of its universe.
