Saif Ali Khan files counter complaint, police say no clean chit yet to anyone

Saif Ali Khan has filed a counter complaint with the Mumbai police against Iqbal Sharma, the man who claims that the actor assaulted him and fractured his nose at a restaurant in Mumbai late on Tuesday night. In his complaint, Saif has alleged that Mr Sharma's father-in-law punched him first and that the duo abused the women who were accompanying him at the restaurant.

A 25-year-old woman was arrested in Rajasthan for duping at least six men whom she married before disappearing with gold and other valuables, police said. Two men who helped her have also been arrested. Sangeeta Devi, a resident of Banda in Sriganganagar district, and her accomplices, Parmesh and Krishna Kumar, belonging to Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh, were arrested on Tuesday in Dholpur, some 200 km from Jaipur.
Supreme Court verdict on Delhi Police's midnight crackdown on Baba Ramdev today

The Supreme Court will pronounce its verdict today on the issue of midnight crackdown on yoga guru Ramdev and his followers at Ramlila Maidan by the Delhi Police on June 4-5 last year during his anti-corruption agitation. The apex court had taken suo motu cognisance of media reports purportedly showing brutality of police action against the followers of Ramdev, including women and children, who were reportedly sleeping at the time of the crackdown.
