Dubai Global Village Preps For 30th Season: All You Need To Know About The Grand Festival

If you have been planning a Dubai escapade for some time now, you are in for a treat. Why? The UAE city is gearing up for its seasonal attraction, the Dubai Global Village. The grand festival, celebrating its 30th milestone this year, will open its gates to tourists and local visitors from October 15, 2025, to May 10, 2026. The announcement comes after the record-breaking Season 29, which drew approximately 10 million attendees. FYI: The first-ever Dubai Global Village was held at Dubai Creek in 1996.

As per the official website, the Dubai Global Village is a "world without borders... where more than 90 cultures come together to celebrate wonder," blending "colours, flavours and experiences... into one magnificent cultural melting pot." Season 30 promises a myriad of exciting adventures, featuring traditional performances, live concerts, delicious street food, shopping and park rides, alongside additional surprises like dazzling fireworks and New Year countdowns.

Dubai Global Village 2025: What To Expect

Shows And Events: This category includes international shows, kid-focused programs, street performances, cyber city stunts, fountain and firework displays, cultural acts, and vibrant concerts.

Pavilions: Expect traditional crafts, versatile cuisines, cultural shows, boutiques and unique products from different countries. You can buy anything from antiques to handcrafted items, furniture, clothing, jewellery, artworks and skincare products.

Skilled artisans will demonstrate traditional techniques such as hand-weaving textiles, carving wood into furniture, crafting handmade shoes, and designing intricate jewellery and souvenirs.

Multiple food stalls will tempt you with offerings including high-quality spices, herbs, dry fruits, saffron, candied nuts, locally produced honey and oils, refreshing tea blends and aromatic coffee.

Additionally, there will be numerous selfie spots where visitors can take unlimited pictures against stunning man-made architecture.

Dining: Foodies will be spoilt for choice, navigating hundreds of restaurants, cafés, street-food-inspired stalls, floating and railway markets, and the Fiesta and Happiness Street.
