She stated that being dissatisfied with one's job amidst the current economic climate presents a unique challenge. She noted that many individuals are applying for jobs daily without receiving any response. Meanwhile, even highly experienced candidates are facing rejection for entry-level positions.

She mentioned, "People are sending fifty, hundred, even two hundred applications per day and not hearing back. People with years of experience are getting rejected for entry-level roles. If you hate your job, that's completely fine, a lot of people do."

"But before you spend your morning complaining having to log in, remember, a lot of people out there are refreshing their inbox every second just to receive an interview invitation. You don't have to love your job, but in a market like this, having one is still something to be grateful for," she added.

Her words highlight the plight of professionals who are dissatisfied with their current roles yet find it difficult to secure better opportunities in today's competitive job market.
