A family's pet dog stole the show when they decided to take a cute holiday photo together.
TV show host Donal Skehan was holidaying in San Francisco with his wife, parents and pet dog Max when they stopped to take a photo against the iconic "Painted Ladies" homes. As they jumped for a fun family photo, Max too jumped in excitement. The result was a hilarious, perfectly-timed photo that has gone viral on Instagram which has over 15,000 likes in about three days.
Max, whose Instagram bio says he enjoys "the finer things in life", grabbed Donal's father's shorts as the family jumped for the photo.
"And this is the moment our family portrait went all WRONG! @maxskehan our dog who loves my dad more than anything got a little excited when he posed for a jumping shot outside San Francisco's famous painted ladies!" Donal Skehan wrote on Instagram with the hilarious photo that he called "#crotchgate"
Deluged with queries about his dad, Donal explained in a subsequent post that his father was wearing 'low crotched shorts' and Max has a very 'gummy bite'. So, it's all cool. No love lost there. They're still BFFs
#Crotchgate gave plenty of laughs to people on Internet who enjoyed Max's honest mistake.
"This picture just made my day. I'm sorry for your Dad's crotch but oh goodness, thank you Max for making all our days, " wrote user 'idenisechan'.
'irishgirlvibes' wrote, "Maybe Max thought it was fetch".
